What Is Your Returns Policy?
We offer a simple and stress-free 30 day return policy for all online orders.
Simply log a return request on your account page or contact us, ensure your product is sent back to us in its original condition and we'll do the rest.
- Socks can be tried on for size, but we can't accept used socks.
- We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent incorrect items on your order.
How Do I Make A Return?
If you would like to return an order for any reason, log into your account profile and select the product you would like to request a return for.
We'll keep you updated from there to ensure it's a sweat-free process for you!
What If My Product Is Damaged?
If your product has become damaged during delivery, or there is a fault with the product, message us and we will get your return and refund sorted.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Refund?
Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 5-7 working days to process your return and for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
We can only refund the account / payment method from which the original purchase was made.
