We offer a stress-free 30 day returns policy on all orders purchased on our website. Simply contact us for a returns label, ensure your product is sent back to us in its original resalable packaging and we'll do the rest.

Socks can be tried on for size, but we won't accept socks that have been visibly used or washed.

We unfortunately cannot refund any shipping charges from the original order, unless an item is faulty or you have received the wrong order.

Yes - if you are based in the UK and your product is in an unused condition and the packaging is undamaged, you can send it back to us free of charge.

If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us by completing the following steps:

1. Log into your account profile, select the product you would like to return and click the 'Request return' button. We'll keep you updated from there to ensure it's a sweat-free process for you!

OR

1. Go to the contact us page, complete your information and select the 'Returns and Refunds' drop-down option.
2. In the message box, share your order number and reason for returning. We will then email you a return label for you to print and place on your return package.
3. Finally, simply drop off your securely packaged parcel at any Evri location. Once our warehouse receives and reviews your returned product, your refund will be processed.

If your product has inadvertently become damaged during transit, or there is a fault with the product, please message us and we will organise the return process. One of our team members will be in contact to sort out the return and your refund.

Once we've received your returned item, it can take up to 5-7 working days to process your return and for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

We can only refund the account / payment method from which the original purchase was made.
