What Is Your Returns Policy?
We offer a stress-free 30 day returns policy on all orders purchased on our website. Simply log a return request on your account page or contact us, ensure your product is sent back to us in its original resalable packaging and we'll do the rest.
Socks can be tried on for size, but we won't accept socks that have been visibly used or washed.
We unfortunately cannot refund any shipping charges from the original order, unless we've made a mistake with your order.
What If My Product Is Damaged?
If your product has become damaged during delivery, or there is a fault with the product, message us and we will get your return and refund sorted.
How Do I Make A Return?
If you would like to return an order for any reason, log into your account profile and select the product you would like to request a return for. We'll keep you updated from there to ensure it's a sweat-free process for you!
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Money Back?
Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 5-7 working days to process your return and for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
We can only refund the account / payment method from which the original purchase was made.
